Dr. Sarenthia Epps

Physician, Owner Lotus Luxe Med Spa
Dr. Sarenthia Epps is a devoted wife, proud mother of two, and double board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician. She is also the visionary founder of Lotus Luxe Med Spa, where luxury meets clinical excellence in the heart of Central Arkansas.
A graduate and former Chief Fellow of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr. Epps brings over a decade of medical expertise and a deep passion for aesthetic wellness. Her experience as the Medical Director of the Medical ICU at Jefferson Regional Medical Center instills a high level of safety, precision, and professionalism in every treatment offered at Lotus Luxe.
As a wife, mother, and medical leader, Dr. Epps understands the importance of balance, self-care, and confidence. She created Lotus Luxe as a sanctuary where beauty is celebrated in all shades and stages of life. Under her leadership, the med spa offers advanced treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, acne therapy, weight loss injections, and rejuvenating facials—all customized for diverse skin types and tones.
At Lotus Luxe, Dr. Epps leads a team of skilled nurses and aestheticians dedicated to helping clients look and feel their absolute best. Her mission is clear: to help every person bloom with confidence and care—because when you feel good, you thrive in every area of life.
A native of Arkansas, Stephanie grew up in the small town of Scranton. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing at Arkansas Tech University in 2010. Following graduation she and her husband relocated to south Arkansas where she worked as a registered nurse in various fields. After working primarily as a cardiac and ICU nurse she found her home in the operating room. Stephanie and her husband moved back to central Arkansas after having their 2 beautiful children, Dawson (8) and Skyler (6). She is currently working at Baptist North Little Rock in the operating room while pursuing her master's degree in family practice at Harding University. Stephanie prides herself in continuing education and constantly learning and is looking forward bringing the most current techniques and research in aesthetics to Lotus Luxe Med Spa.

Deja Fogle, RN
Deja Fogle, born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a Registered Nurse with 4 years of experience in the Cardiac Telemetry, Step-Down, and Medical-Surgical setting. Deja completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and is continuing her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
Deja has always had a passion for healing, wellness and functional medicine. Becoming a nurse allowed her to exude her passion and talent to serve her community. Deja began travel nursing amid the COVID-19 pandemic and has traveled to multiple states across the U.S., such as Texas, California, North Carolina, Illinois and more. While traveling, she learned the true importance of taking care of oneself by using preventative and holistic practices. Deja always envisioned herself creating a medical spa, however her passion heightened when she realized how little people knew about the human body’s powerful capabilities when cared for properly. Deja has been trained by leading experts in aesthetics and wellness industries across the U.S. Her goal is the be an advocate for self-care and teach the importance of holistic and preventive health. Deja believes that everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves, and looks forward to helping her patients achieve their optimal wellness goals.

Joy is from Texarkana, Texas and has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing for Medical Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University.
She has been working the last three years in the Medical/Neuro Intensive Care Unit at UAMS and is currently working with Rob Love III, M.D. Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
Joy has a true passion for aesthetics and helping empower women and men to feel good in their own skin. She is so ready to continue her education and growth as an aesthetic nurse. Her excitement lies most in starting the journey of working collaboratively with each person on their beauty goals and forming genuine relationships along the way at Lotus Luxe Med Spa!
Joy Minton, RN

Veronica is originally from Oxford, MS and has been nursing since 2003. She also obtained a degree in cosmetology in 2009. She moved to AR in 2015, travel nurse during the COVID 19 pandemic. She is married with one son and 3 daughters. She has worked in a wide array of nursing fields with critical care, behavioral health, and aesthetic nursing being her major roles.
Veronica’s passion for aesthetic nursing is wanting to develop an all inclusive approach for health and beauty.
“My goal is to help all that want to look good and feel better about themselves and be comfortable in the skin they are in.” Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Armenthia is a Licensed Esthetician, Master Education, & Permanent Cosmetics Artist in Arkansas & Illinois.
With over 15 years in the beauty industry, she specializes in Skin of Color, Acne, Chemical Peels, Anti-Aging, Full Body Waxing, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts, Microneedling, Lashes, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Facials, Threading & Much More.
