How To Sign Up
In order to secure a date, time, and injector, a non-refundable deposit of $200 must be paid by the hostess for all home events. The $200 will be applied to the hostess service(s). Our party minimums are 6 participants. Please note more units may be purchased during the party, but 20 units of Botox or 60 units of Dysport per face is the minimum per person. Final headcount for party must be submitted to Lotus Luxe Med Spa injectors 1 weeks prior to botox party date.

Benefits of a Lotus Luxe Botox Party
Benefits to the party host are as follows:
- one free unit of botox for every 10 units of Botox/30 units of Dysport purchased by party guests
- receive the same price per unit of Botox or Dysport during your next in office visit.
- receive $150 dollars off one full syringe of dermal filler.
Botox - $11 per unit (regular price is $13 per unit)
Dysport - $11 per 3 units (regular price is $13 per 3 units)
We at Lotus Luxe Med Spa understand that this is a party, but we retain the right to deny services to anyone we deem to be under the influence of any substance that would preclude giving informed consent, or who is belligerent or deemed unfit for service for any reason by our staff.
We welcome more party attendees; however, we must service those who were included in the final headcount. For un-expected drops ins, we cannot guarantee enough product or their preferred product type, but will gladly perform injections for drop-ins if there is enough product.

PLEASE NOTE IN-HOME PARTIES REQUIRE ACCESS TO FRESH RUNNING WATER AND BATHROOM FACILITIES AS WELL AS AN APPROPRIATE CLEAN PRIVATE INJECTING ENVIRONMENT.
